India’s largest Mobile Service Bharti Airtel today announced the launch of  its 3G service in India – bringing the airtel Internet experience on 3G first to Karnataka – its largest circle by revenue market share. airtel is targeting to launch in all 13 3G license circles by March 2011.Airtel today announced the launch of 3G Mobile and Data Services in Bangalore – Karnataka.

The 3G Data offerings announced by Airtel is not attractive as Pan India 3G Mobile service provider BSNL/MTNL offering with their commercial 3G services in more than 700 cities across India.

Airtel introduced various 3G data plans starting from
Rs. 9 but there is no Unlimited 3G data plan launched by the operator. The Airtel GSM 2G Plan and customer can clubbed 3G data plans as their needs and suitability.

Airtel also launched 3G Data Packs as follows :
Rs. 9 for 10 MB, validity 1 day

Rs.
45 for 40 MB Validity 3 days

Rs.
60 for 65 MB, validity 3 days

Rs.
103 for 100 MB, validity 30 days

Rs.
200 for 250 MB, validity 30 days

Rs.
450 for 600 MB, validity 30 days

Rs.
750 for 2 GB, validity 30 days.
